:)</p> Fri, 16 Jun 2017 06:00:00 Thu, Jun 15, 2017 <p>late practice today! mile wu and drills and then had a short&nbsp;tempo run&nbsp;(2miles) and my goal pace was 6:32-6:47. first mile i stayed with watson and it&nbsp;was 6:39 and second mile my mental game was kinda rough but i stayed in there. stayed as close as i could to watson and came in at 6:38 but shoutout to her because she was way faster! despite feeling like i was gonna throw up the whole time (probably because my body isn&#39;t used to having food/water before morning practice), i was&nbsp;really happy with it since i stayed on pace and was consistent!
