pretty much i went into the race feeling super pumped and ready to be positive but i went back and forth during the race from being positive and telling myself i couldn&#39;t do it. the time was a lotttt slower than i was expecting so that was a bummer,&nbsp;but it&#39;s fine!&nbsp;had a great time watching the team race, shoutout to my lil bro for killing his first xc race ever today!! my steady state pace range is 6:49-7:07. i really liked the loop we did because there were some solid uphills but also some really nice downhills! i felt really strong the whole time and stayed super positive. it definitely helped to be running in a pack!
