really good workout today because i was positive, confident, and was way happy with the results! 10x400m with the first 5 @5k pace (94sec) w/ 1min rest, next 3 @2mile pace (89sec) w/ 2min rest, and last 2 @mile pace (82sec) w/ 3min rest. hit (on my watch) 89 88 87 88 88 85 81 82 77 75 which was great to have steady improvements with each new "pace range" :) the times coach was yelling out were faster (for the 5k and 2mile ones)... so it was a great workout! i can't wait for this weekend!!
