had a super fun speed workout today! 5x800m between current and goal 2mile pace... but i just decided to go for goal pace, so 2:59. had 3:30min rest between reps. my splits were 2:56 2:56 2:55 2:57 2:53 and i was way happy with it! was confident and positive and feel like it was a success! hips and brynsday abs

hips and cryday abs. was kinda a rough day today so major shoutout to dallin for being there for me and helping me through things! i love that kid :) speed workout on the bike was 90sec hard (mile pace effort) 30sec rest 2min hard 1min rest 30sec hard 3min rest then do it all again. tough stuff, but dallin is buff!
