speed workout today!! it was 3 sets of 3x300m at mile pace (between current and goal mile) with 60sec rest between reps and 4min rest between sets. splits were 61 62 61 61 61 62 61 61 56 and it felt good and i stayed positive! also talked goals with jamie and i am getting so excited for the season!! twosday abs and hips
