not my best race at all. it's been kinda frustrating to have times that are almost a minute slower at the same courses i ran last year, but it's okay. during the race, my legs didn't really feel tired, but i felt like i just didn't have the energy to move. some good things were that the weather was absolutely perfect and i did some good surges to catch the next group several times.

How do your normal runs feel?

normal runs feel great for the most part! it's just something about racing where nothing feels right
