speed workout today!! it was 3 sets of 3x300m at mile pace (between current and goal mile) with 60sec rest between reps and 4min rest between sets. splits were 61 62 61 61 61 62 61 61 56 and it felt good and i stayed positive! also talked goals with jamie and i am getting so excited for the season!! twosday abs and hips

first day in my freedoms and they were awesome!! did 10x60sec pickups @2mile pace w/ 60sec rest and felt good, stayed positive and confident, and pushed myself! cryday abs and hips and push-ups

had a super fun speed workout today! 5x800m between current and goal 2mile pace... but i just decided to go for goal pace, so 2:59. had 3:30min rest between reps. my splits were 2:56 2:56 2:55 2:57 2:53 and i was way happy with it! was confident and positive and feel like it was a success! hips and brynsday abs

hips and cryday abs. was kinda a rough day today so major shoutout to dallin for being there for me and helping me through things! i love that kid :) speed workout on the bike was 90sec hard (mile pace effort) 30sec rest 2min hard 1min rest 30sec hard 3min rest then do it all again. tough stuff, but dallin is buff!

team wu then a little under two miles before speed. workout was 10x200m at mile pace with 90sec rest, so mostly just pace work. my goal was 41 and my splits were 42 42 41 41 40 41 41 40 37 36. felt good about it! died on the cooldown because i've been having some pretty bad pain/cramps. hips and twosday abs

starting to like the freedoms more! we had some pretty tough speed today and i didn't get much sleep last night so it was a rough workout and i didn't feel very well after for awhile. workout was 2x1000m 3x800m 4x400m with 90sec rest between each rep, all at goal 2mile pace (5:59) so my goals were 3:42 for 1000m, 2:59 for 800m, and 89 for 400m. my splits were 3:37 3:42 2:59 3:00 3:00 86 84 84 82 and i was happy with it! definitely a hard fight to stay in it, but i just hung onto watson and it worked out :) shoutout to her for killing it! hips/twosday abs and push-ups
