started running and felt fine. then i had this weird pulling feeling in my mouth and it kinda hurt so i turned back. wanted to play it safe. biked 30 minutes instead and did abs.

mile wu then speed. 3 sets of 3x300m at goal mile with 45 seconds rest between each and 4 minutes between sets. pace was about 5:15-5:20 which was solid. this was pretty tough for me because my breathing was really heavy, snow on the track, and my mental game was not so strong. quality cool down with mario then abs and hips.

rolled my ankle on the wu which kinda made it hurt for the rest of the time. and my ankles have already been hurting quite a bit this week which is unfortunate. 8x1 minute pickups at two mile pace. felt pretty good about it and was mentally strong. shoutout to all the girls who came with us because they killed it. did abs and hips.

really rough run today for a lot of reasons. adventured a little up suncrest though which was fun! i think i might have a bone spur on the top of my foot and it was hurting a lot today during and after the run. did abs and hips.

running has been pretty rough lately but today beats everything. i was alone because i needed to talk to jamie for a bit about my foot problem. she relaced my shoes and i thought everything would be great. when i started, i knew it was going to be rough. i kept hoping i would eventually feel better but things just seemed to fall apart more and more. pretty soon my whole left foot was hurting, it made my ankles hurt a ton and shot pain up to my knee. by the last mile the pain reached my hip. felt like i was compensating but i tried to stay strong. not really sure what's happening, but i'm really nervous for speed tomorrow after all this. did upperbody weights and abs and hips.

after the situation yesterday, jamie thought it would be best for me to bike today. workout was 7 sets of 3 minutes hard resistance/2-mile effort and 3 minutes rest. it was pretty killer. did abs and hips then the bone thing started hurting for 15 minutes. hopefully i can run again tomorrow.

biked 50 minutes. 2 sets of 5 minute hill climb with 2 minutes rest, 3 minute hill climb with 2 minutes rest, and 1 minute hill climb. did abs and hips. talked to the trainer and she thinks i have a cyst. fun stuff.

did abs and hips. biked 50 minutes. workout was supposed to be mile pace feeling. 2 sets of 60 seconds on with 60 rest, 90 on with 30 rest, and 30 on with 3 minutes rest between sets. it was killer. lowerbody weights after and almost doubled my previous back squat record lol.

biking has been hurting my knee and hips so i decided to take a day off. went on a lil hike up dry creek trail for sledding and it was such a blast! also going to the doctor on wednesday to figure out what's wrong with my foot so yay.

70 minutes biking. speed workout was 10x1 min on (goal indoor mile feel) and 90 seconds off. it was tough but i feel like i pushed it. lowerbody weights and abs and hips.

went to the doctor today. he said i have a ganglion cyst and tried to drain it. there's a 33% chance that will get rid of it. if that doesn't work i have to have it surgically removed. can't do anything that involves pressure on my foot for awhile. did abs and hips.

aw yeah, best day ever. foot hurt when i started but it wore off and i felt amazing! did one set of the speed which was 200m 400m 200m up the gulley at goal indoor mile. ran back to the school and did 3 sets of the bike workout which was 1min hard resistance/fast & turning up the resistance halfway with 2min rest, 2min hard with 3min rest, 1min hard with 2min rest. pretty killer, but i can honestly say i feel good about both the running and biking because i pushed myself hard. abs and hips.
