a little over two mile wu. premeet hit a 3:11. starts & shoutout to croix for a good laugh. finished up with rachel so shoutout to her for being a pal. legs felt wrecked so we will see how tomorrow goes lol. did abs & hips after.

mile wu then speed. workout was 200 400 (both at mile pace) 800 1600 800 (all at 5k pace) 400 (mile) 200 (all out). it was a good workout, but my legs felt pretty tired. i have been really improving my mental game a lot lately which is good. cooled down & did a grass mile. abs & hips.

today was the six minute test. got a mile pr so that was pretty exciting. cooled down with the girls & shoutout to them for being awesome & killing it as always.

today was a pretty rough day. i had super painful cramps all day & it hurt a lot while running. also i ran alone again so that was kinda depressing.
